Walgreens Pharmacy

If I could leave zero stars I would. Find another pharmacy. I have never been treated so rudely by a pharmacy tech. I have been coming here for years but the staff that you hire matters and if they treat people poorly. There were issues filling my medication and I was told to pull into a parking place. I did this, waited 15 minutes and when no customers were in line I pulled back in line to tell them I had found one of my medications at another location only to be to ignored for another 5 minutes in line then greeted with the words ‘you are blocking our drive through’ immediately when the glass was opened. I told them I had been in a parking spot for 15 minutes and no one was in line when I pulled up. I will find another pharmacy. Please use this review to address your customer services is

Extremely slow and sleepy and inefficient pharmacists at Sunset Blvd location. I don’t like to put negative reviews against pharmacists. But even after seeing so many negative reviews about this location why this location is still standing. Is there a deal going on between Brookshire and Walgreens that they need this open? 3-4 customers came in while I was waiting everyone had some kind of issue. Walgreens MUST take make decision to close this location to stop earning bad reputation OR do something to wake up these unmotivated sleepy pharmacists

THIS WALGREENS SORRRRRRRRYYYYYYY AS HELL AND THEY WILL LIE RIGHT IN YOUR FACE, I AND MY DOCTORS HAD WITNESSED IT SEVERAL TIMES IN just using them this year alone. They are lazy as hell & prescriptions NEVER EVER BE READY. I’m sick of it.

No one answers the phone. I get stuck on hold 15-20 minutes with a message that there is one call ahead of me. I’ve tried 8 times in the last 3 days.

This is by far the worst Walgreens or Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I tried to be patient and wait for them to improve because they have blamed poor staffing for months. They close their drive up lane, consistently don’t fill prescriptions, and I even had them shut the inside pharmacy down on me even though I was next in line and it was over an hour before when they were supposed to close. The girl at the counter said, I just don’t have time to help you. I have a lot of other stuff in need to do. Today I dropped off a prescription because we came for an ER and needed the prescription filled today. They told me come back a 415. When I came back to pick it up they said they never ended up having time to do it and to come back in 2 days. The manager acted liked she didn’t care and told me
