I cannot say enough good things about Methodist Celina Medical Center. I had to take my dad there twice for emergency issues related to his heart and kidneys, and both times the care was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly professional. We did not have to wait long, which made such a difference during a stressful situation. Every nurse, doctor, and team member treated my dad with kindness, respect, and urgency. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care they provided. Highly recommend this medical center to anyone needing emergency

I had an amazing experience at Methodist Celina during an emergency visit. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so kind, attentive, and reassuring. The emergency room team got me in quickly and made sure I had answers fast, which helped ease so much anxiety. The nurses were incredibly sweet and made me feel truly cared for—they really went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and help manage my pain. The facility itself is beautiful and spotless, and every single person I interacted with was friendly and professional. It honestly didn’t feel like your typical hospital visit—more like being cared for by people who genuinely love what they do. So grateful for the care I received here!

I cannot say enough good things about the ER. I was taken here last Friday and was immediately put in a room and administered help. The entire staff was professional and efficient and very attentive to my needs. I would like to recognize Kaleigh who helped my husband as he became dizzy during my stay. She made sure he got something to eat. The entire staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend Methodist Celina for any ER care.

It is never fun to have an emergency medical need, but to have Methodist Celina available for our community is such a blessing. From the time I checked in at the ER desk everyone was friendly & caring. I was in pain, they checked me in quickly & took me to a room immediately. The ER staff, ultrasound tech and CT tech were all patient and listened to my needs. Even as they got an influx of patients, they continued to check on me regularly and ensured my needs were met. Dr Morrissey, my surgeon, came in to evaluate me in the ER & was so kind, thorough, & reassuring. It was determined that I needed my gallbladder out so I was then moved to the 3rd floor MedSurg unit and the excellent cared continued. My sister recently delivered at Methodist Celina, and the experience was wonderful!! The care provided by the labor and delivery team was outstanding. The nurses were phenomenal, the doctors were caring and the manager and administration came by to check on her and offer their congratulations. The warmth and kindness shown throughout her stay were truly remarkable. We are incredibly grateful that she was able to deliver here, and we will confidently choose Methodist for any future healthcare needs. Thank you for helping her during this scary and exciting time!!!
