Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy always drops the ball with regard to timing of meds and communication. But moreso it’s their attitude regarding everything having to deal with them is just such negative experiences. For instance today, stopped by at 9 AM to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy is never ready to open at the listed open time. Employees leisurely walking in AT 9 to put the drawer in the register, the employee was rolling her eyes and sighing like opening (after the listed open time) for a patient was an inconvenience to her. People pick up meds first thing because they need them, not to make anyone’s day inconvenient or deal with someone’s bad attitude. If she can’t give basic common human courtesy, perhaps a retrain her would benefit her. Maybe have employees start even 5 minutes before li

I have used this Walgreens Pharmacy twice within the past month (my first time using this one), and I have had a great experience both times. I read these reviews and saw that they may be out of a lot of prescriptions, so I didn't expect much when I was attempting to have a back-ordered prescription filled here, but it was still worth a shot. Not only did they have this in stock (woohoo), my visit was super fast and the attendant was pleasant both times. Happy to have this Walgreens!!

Notified that the pharmacy was temporarily closed and prescriptions were transferred to Crystal Lake. Notified that prescriptions were ready-went to Crystal Lake and was told they had nothing for me. Phoned Cary Walgreens-was put on hold- then call was disconnected. Called back asked to speak to a manager- was transferred to photo- photo told me the pharmacy was open and transferred my call- then I was disconnected again. Walgreens pharmacy in Cary is totally indifferent to customers.

A hot mess. The prescriptions always take longer to get filled than they claim. They're always busy and pharmacy staff at the drive-thru is rarely friendly. There seems to be a disconnect between the text message and phone call system and the actual filling of the medicine.

Will not this location in the future. Twice I ordered photos and was never notified when they were finished despite the multiple electronic communications saying they would text when the order was complete. Tried to fill a prescription here and received no confirmation that they received it. When I tried to call I was put through an automated system, and they could not find my order based on my phone number. Tried calling again, and speaking to representative was on hold for 15 minutes of off and on hold music and ringing before they disconnected the call. I don’t know if they are understaffed or overwhelmed but clearly they’re having a hard time meeting the demands of their customers.
