Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They make you work to speak to someone who can help, then make you wait on the phone for a long time. They pick up the phone and hang up on you just to get rid of the call. They’re out of stock on medications all the time, even those I get regularly. They can’t tell me when they’ll come in and act like it’s normal. If you want your prescription filled quickly, forget about it. It takes at least an hour and a half to two hours, even if you catch them at their best time.

We use the Walgreens at Hebron and Josey in Carrollton. My wife has like 18 medicines. They are very helpful. We still itemize our taxes and they give us a printout of our medicines for the year to claim. The drive through pharmacy is open 24 hours. There is handicap parking .

Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had! They looked up my prescription and told me a 1 hour wait. I understand they are busy so I sat down to wait. After 1 1/2 hours, I checked back in and they couldn’t even find my prescription. I’m going back to CVS where service and patients matter!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and GO TO CVS ACROSS THE STREET. This Walgreens is an absolute train wreck of a pharmacy. Everyone behind the pharmacy counter was acting like it was their first day on the job...confused and OVERWHELMED. This was amateur hour at its finest. When you book an appointment for a vaccine, they do not honor it. We walked in and followed the instructions to scan the QR code at the counter to check in for our appointment. 20 minutes we waited to be called. Meanwhile customers were being attended to for prescriptions left and right. The two women behind the counter decided to brainstorm and figure out why there were groups of customers sitting in the waiting area staring at them blankly. "Are you here for a vaccine????" Yes...we checked in 20 minutes ago. She then tells us off

Worst service ever. Why have a person wait in line for an hour then ask him to come in to wait for another 40 minutes. Just to tell me my medicine is not ready and to have a seat. I'm already in pain. I don't need the runaround. Never using this pharmacy again.
