Walgreens has always been great to work with. The employees are More than willing to help you. The employees are so nice, patient. Understanding and always helpful. How ever you hire, please keep it up, your employees are worth their weight in gold. Absolutely worst experience at a pharmacy ever time after time. They constantly seem to be overwhelmed. The wait is always extensive. Excessive delays for pickup. They cannot give me a straight answer on when/how to get my prescription.

The worse pharmacy in America! Poor management poor service, pharmacy needs to get better. No stars for this place. How do you deal with sick people doing this l?

The only reason this place is still open is because it's one of the very few pharmacy options we have in the area. Their behavior is routinely horrid. They have blatantly lied to us about our medications and sent us in circles on multiple occasions (calling our doctors or insurance providers) only to tell us they had actually just ran out of the medication or didn't even run our insurance to begin with. Apparently my family hasn't even gotten the worst of it though. People have been significantly shorted their meds (even though they were charged for 90 or 120 day supplies), given meds at much HIGHER dosages than prescribed or the completely wrong meds altogether, and have been forced to pay for meds at full price due to the sheer laziness/incompetence of employees who don't care to even

I go to Walgreens for the pharmacy, and every time I go I always say to myself "I need to switch pharmacies". And the reason is, they have way too many customers to keep up with. 8 out of 10 pharmacy staff members are friendly. There's two people working there that are not friendly to the other customers. They weren't that bad with me, but I heard them talking to other customers and I didn't like it. They never have my stuff ready even when I call ahead. I only go there once a month for the same exact thing. And it's never ready when I get there. I call from my house and ask if it's ready, they say" it'll be ready in an hour". So I wait 2 hours before I go, and it's still not ready! That's six out of 8 months that I've been going there. If you need the pharmacy try Clayton's on Washington
