I have visited this urgent care several times and I am always extremely satisfied with the care administered by the doctors and nurses. They really take the time to make sure you receive the care you need in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner! Even the wait times were minimal. I highly recommend!
Provider was great Wait time not long But to pay bill online—-good luck No help from the clinic and NO HELP FROM BILLING DEPT. If you are credit RATING/score/report (collections)conscience—-BEWARE
My husband & I went here together twice -- bronchitis. The first practitioner was terrific -- really listened & we both felt helped & taken care of. Second practitioner took great care of my husband but barely looked at or talked to me, much less treat me. (For example, the first doc ordered both of us a chest X-ray. The second doc only gave one to my husband. It's the first time I've experienced such obvious gender bias.
All were friendly and helpful. I went in for a sprained foot. They had a wheelchair I could use. They accept Medicare & are conveniently located. I don’t remember names well, but I saw the receptionist, check-in nurse, physician assistant, xray technician, and nurse who put on the boot and wheeled me to the car. All were fantastic!
