Walgreens Pharmacy

I have been with Walgreens for over 15 years and I've never had to fill a prescription for my pet ever at a pharmacy and let me tell you what they are so rude at this place they do not listen to you and they make you feel like it's your fault that they're doing it wrong I spent over $40+ on one prescription that could have been $11.99 from the very get go. That may not be a lot to you but let me tell you what when you're on disability and you have to go Penny to Penny that's a heck of a lot of money.. but they don't tell you that guess what today I transferred to HEB so let's try another place after 15 years they're horrible God forbid something happened to one of your animals and you have this kind of problem God forbid... Or let's hope that my prescriptions don't get lost in the transfer

I went in to look for a rubber finger cover and couldn't find them and a member of the pharmacy staff came out to show me and was really friendly and helpful

Nice, clean and friendly local Walgreens. They have everything you could need, will help you find it, or you can easily order online. Use their app and you'll find even better bargains. Get your vaccinations and have them all in one place. They'll even make you a paper copy you can then take to your doctor's office. Their photo service is very good also.

I love Walgreens but frequent issue with markdown not ringing up and staff not knowing how to corre t . Managers are good

This is the very first negative experience that I have had at a Walgreens. For some reason, the pharmacist at this location ( a female ) thinks that she is a MD? I was denied a simple cough syrupy that I have been using on occasion for the past 17 years? Given the facts that I have a 17 year history using this cough medication, and my internist has repeatedly prescribed it to me, for some bizarre reason this pharmacist decides it’s not right for me. Also, at the drive up window she began interrogating me about my medical history and other medications that I use, total FERPA violation! I will be contacting corporate, and leaving a negative survey once I have picked up the medication at another location, what a waste of time! Avoid this location at all costs!
