Texas MedClinic Urgent Care - Burnet

All the of the staff was very friendly and welcoming (especially Peggy) even with a screaming toddler in their office. Dr was extremely nice and thorough too. We were in and out and even able to pick up antibiotics shortly after at the pharmacy.

Check in was easy! The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The nurse was professional and kind and made the visit easier to deal with. The doctor was knowledgeable, caring and listens to all my concerns. All of which she then later covered and dealt with I would recommend it to everybody.

Excellent service! Everyone was very helpful and kind! Doctor was a very polite and sweet to me. She even listened and wanted to know of my previous medical history. I booked online. My appointment was about 20 minutes. Thank you Urgent Care-Burnet!

Two things to address... Trees outside need to be trimmed so TexMed Clinic signage is completely visible in a timely manner when driving in heavy traffic. Front desk person is the TONE setter for first impressions to guest... Sick or Not 🥴 FP needs to look at a mirror before and during each phone conversation or personal greeting conversations!!! Dr. Judy & Dr. Dana are worth their weight in merit, grace, knowledge and as caregivers !! Daniella is a compassionate and skillful triage nurse. The best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! Check-in was quick and painless, and even as a walk-in the wait time was very short. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. The facility is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I’m so grateful to have such a great urgent care option here in Burnet!
