Walgreens Pharmacy

Stopped by to get 3 prescriptions and was told the 3rd one is over the counter. But the person helping through the drive thru said she will go get it. Even though she said they dont normally do that she will get it for me. Told her I appreciate that and waited an extra 3 minutes before she came back to the window saying all 3 are ready. Paid and drove away. I opened the bag only to find only 2 prescriptions and no over counter one. Went back inside the pharmacy to complain and ended up speaking to the same person. Asked for manager and she claimed she is the manager. SHANESSA or somthing along the lines was her name. I confronted her and asked why she would say that and not get the over the counter meds as she said she did? I ended up talking to the store manager and let him know the situa

They have never been the same when they started to build their own instead of rent the properties. It just seemed like they lost the family mentality that they used to have. They use too care about their customers, it seemed like you were family! Now they treat you like crap, customers service sucks etc.... I only go there if I absolutely need to go now which is just about never

Sad honestly, I have never had a problem with any of the pharmacy techs until Michelle. She won’t talk to your face and instead goes through her co-workers. Completely rude in my opinion. She always has an attitude with me every time I have a script to pick up. Shame on Walgreens for hiring her honestly. When you walk into places like these you expect to be welcomed into a friendly environment, not someone who is an instant mood killer.

I frequently offer my compliments to the pharmacy operations manager for the fine staff that I encounter.

Very bad attitude at the drive through window. I don't know if it's just me but it happened to me several times where in the end I never get the right amount of medication plus other issues. Also when dealing with people working in a medical or medicine field you expect to see some professionalism to reflect some respect to humanity and to their career.
