Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care

I am actually really disappointed that I have to give this clinic a 1 star. I recommended this location due to previously having a great experience here. I sent my mother here because she was not feeling well and her primary was closed. Since she got there the receptionist ,Julie/Jacky, was VERY rude. Telling my mother she couldn’t be seen without having her insurance card on hand. Mind you my mother was getting out of work and keeps important documents safe at home. So as im on the phone registering my mom online I finish and submit it and told my mom to please ask her if she was able to see her id and insurance card. The receptionist says I need another photo that is clear. Mind you i sent the same exact one!!!! What upset me the most is that another person who is African American cam

Atmosphere is very welcoming the moment you walk through the door. The receptionist is very kind and patient. As a walk-in I waited between 10 to 20 minutes before my name was called. The doctors and nurses are amazing and very caring and do everything to help you. I have currently been in a room for less than 10 minutes and the doctor is already taking me for an x-ray. This clinic is truly amazing. It honestly has the best doctors and nurses. I highly recommend people coming to this specific location! 7786 S. Cicero Ave. Burbank, IL 60459

They misdiagnosed me by saying my foot was not fractured and now my fracture is so bad it might not heal right and may need surgery. The worker next door told me the we’re not good at diagnosing fractures because it happened to her friend. They are not doctors they are rn and I didn’t really head the warning. I got the xray and they didn’t read it correctly. I even went back two weeks ago and they just said it must be a bad sprain. They didn’t even offer to do another cray. I won’t be trusting them with such important diagnosing. Go there if you have the flu maybe but who knows they might not diagnose that correctly either. Also, I had left my ID and no one called me. I tried calling and left messages and never got one back. I had to walk back in with my fractured foot (which I didn’t know

I went on 10/17 The receptionist at the front was professional and very personable. She made me feel comfortable right away! The physician, Bella was amazing and seemed to truly care about how I was feeling and was very nice. Bella was great in assessing my illness and even joked with me. I truly felt relieved when she explained what I was going through. I would definitely go back, but hopefully not get the same medical assistant again. The medical assistant was rude and seemed like she didn't even want me to talk to her. I made several comments and she completely ignored my comments and just did her regular procedure. I think they still deserve 5 stars despite 1 rude person.

I’m extremely disappointed and honestly furious with how this place operates. Midwest Express Clinic in Burbank has completely lost sight of what real care and community responsibility look like. They talk about compassion and quality healthcare, but when it actually matters, they disappear behind corporate excuses. When people raised serious concerns about ICE being seen outside the parking lot something that created real fear in the community the response from leadership was basically, “We’re not allowed to talk about politics.” That’s not a political issue that’s about human decency, safety, and standing up for the people you claim to serve.
