Walgreens Pharmacy

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for the past three years, but my experience over the last three months has been especially outstanding. The current pharmacy manager has made a significantly noticeable difference. She is consistently responsive and goes above and beyond to assist with every need. Under her leadership, the entire staff operates more efficiently, and I’ve seen a significant improvement in service. Prescription fill times are shorter and vaccines are a fast and painless. I’m truly grateful for the level of care and professionalism being shown now.

Today compared to 2 years ago? It's a come up. Staff had changed, that's a good thing and they work and succeed in keeping the store clean. Sadly theft has been on the rise along with prices so they rim the keys and locked up certain products. Response time is good. Management is responsive. Pharmacy.... struggles and since it happens at CVS also it feels system wide? Maybe? Don't know.... Just do not know- what we all know is cuts across the board cause a trickle effect right down to you and me so we suffer.

The gentleman was a big help with locating a medication that I needed asap and that most pharmacies didn't have in stock. After tons of calls and half my day waiting on hold with other pharmacies, he went the extra mile to find solutions.

They are absolutely the worst. First time I went, the girl who works there didn’t check my insurance coverage when I asked her to check like 5 times. She told me my insurance doesn’t cover my medicine. So, I paid $500 bucks and took the medicine. I still wanted to make sure with my insurance company and I called them. Turns out my insurance covers the cost. Then I had to go to the pharmacy again to get my refund. The second time I went to pick up my medication, the same girl said my doctor didn’t prescribe that medicine. So I called my doctor’s office to see if that was the case. It wasn’t the case, that girl just didn’t check correctly and the medicine was out of stock in that pharmacy. They ended up just wasting 4-5 hours of my time unnecessarily because they don’t know how to do their
