Manna Massage

I reached out to Anna with my very bad shoulder pain that I have been living with since last year. She just didn’t help by massage but helped me understand the reason- why the pain and how to recover from it. She is amazing and very knowledgeable, she knows everything about body anatomy and that’s why her session was not just about getting a massage but rather a body work, learning about different stretches, exercises and so much more, that I needed. I am glad that I could get Anna’s help today because my very stubborn shoulder pain hasn’t returned yet after she worked on my body today. Anna is a highly experienced massage therapist she has deep knowledge of deep tissue therapy, structural integration and myofascial therapy. She has helped me recover from ankle, hip and knee issues. She is an expert in about body mechanics and movement.
