Walgreens Pharmacy

Store is a mess, definitely not enough staff to help out customers and the store manager Angel is very rude, condescending, arrogant and unprofessional. I went in yesterday because of a gift card I purchased and when my girlfriend tried to use it, it was not activated. I addressed the situation and he told me to call the number on the back which I did, they told me to go back to the store and see the store manager. When the card was bought, the previous cashier did not activate the card, Angel blatantly said he did, which is a false statement. Then says that she is lying about it, I told him, are you calling her a liar, he then gets nasty with me saying I am putting words in his mouth, all this time, he never made eye contact, never gave a solution, had a nasty attitude because supposedly

Walgreen’s at 3590 E. Tremont Ave is the best in NYC. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH EMPLOYEES THAT CARE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AND PEOPLE THEY SERVE. Gina and Adrian are exceptional.

Pharmacy was always busy, but Customer Service was Outstanding

Worst pharmacy ever. Place is a mess. It's way overpriced and every prescription pickup is a horrible adventure. They also never answer the phone.

They never fill my pending prescriptions on time I have to call them (if they answer) to remind them. The new phone system is a complete disaster. I have to go there in person and tell them fill my script these days and wait for it. It’s easier than calling and waiting on hold for 90 minutes. They’re nice people but the place should either be staffed up or closed.
