Walgreens Pharmacy

Terrible Walgreens… I had a baby and sent in my disposable camera with 27 pics I took was told it would only take two weeks to come in and I would get a call Never received a call so I called in and them a new person told me it usually takes about a month or longer and they would call me Once again never received a call after the allotted time frame so I called again and was told my pictures were ready I was super excited and got my pictures and only got 20 back and they are terrible quality you can hardly see them and I tried to call the store again after they were rude in the phone previously and no answer

No compassion, I came pick up a prescription for my wife who was in pain. The seemingly east Indian lady says that I need a my ID. Since I did not have a physical copy, but rather a photo she sent me away. I came back at exactly 9:59, and she puts a sign up saying that the pharmacy is closed. The pharmacy closes at 10, and she just had to see my ID and hand me the meds. I can see that at least this employee does not care about people.

I am a local doctor here in Boerne. Many of you have been to our clinic and know we strive to provide great care but walgreens makes it impossible to send them your prescriptions. Please don’t go here. Use River Road Pharmacy or if you have to HEB.

Stayed 30 minutes to pick up a medication. Once I reach the counter, they tell me the medication will be ready in 15 minutes but that I will have to redo the line that is now twice as long. I am 8 months pregnant and there was not an ounce of compassion for the fact that I spent most of my morning chasing the medication. If you can avoid this place and their pharmacists, do so!

My father recently passed. He was on heart medication and I happen to see the box for unused medications. I stood at the counter waiting to be helped because I had a question about Disposing the medicine bottles with my Dads information on it. An employee or maybe even a pharmacist came up to the counter and asked what I needed. Clearly this wasn’t easy for me to do. I started crying and all she could say is, ya just drop it in the lock box, then turned around and went on her merry way. DO BETTER WALGREENS and have some freaking Sympathy when you see someone struggling. I will never set foot in this store again.
