Boerne Hearing & Tinnitus

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Rachel Higginbotham at the Boerne Hearing and Tinnitus Center. From the moment I entered the office, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Higginbotham provided a thorough, comprehensive and professional evaluation of my audiology issues. The care I received was exceptional. Definitely a five star visit. As a referring physician, this experience gave me full confidence that my patients are receiving top-notch care at the Boerne Hearing and Tinnitus Center.

Great office, clean and quick customer service. The DOC showed her knowledge, professionalism and needed advice for me. I should have come in sooner.. Since getting OLD, I need hearing aids. Waiting on order. I recall my father "fighting" against hearing aids and we had to raise voices or yell so he could hear us. Not doing that to my wife. Hearing damage can be prevented but my military days didn't give us protection until late 80's with little foam pack. Construction didn't help, or loud music. Tell your young'uns to protect their ears. It's no fun with tinnitus and hearing losses. Thanks Dr Higgenbotham

So I was referred to Dr. Higgenbotham by my local ENT for Tinnitus, and she was so nice and caring. She took the time to listen to my needs to understand them. She’s very very personable, staff was great, the check-in process was good, the follow up visits are great since I don’t live close, I’m able to do visits by telehealth. I feel like I’m doing better because she was able to help me. Although there’s no cure for it, I’m able to live my life with better quality. ❤️

My first visit to Boerne Hearing & Tinnitus was an excellent experience! Dr. Higginbotham was highly professional, personable, very thorough, and completely focused and attuned to my specific hearing issues. She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. Plus, I left my appointment hearing much better than when I arrived! :-) I'm excited to have found such an outstanding audiologist right here in Boerne and I would highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed!

Easy to get to from Boerne on frontage road (office located in a small shopping center just before the Big Cross heading east on I-10 frontage road). Place was very clean and appeared brand new even though they have been here about 2 years. Dr. Liz B. and Dr. Rachel H. both greeted and very friendly. My Dr. Liz B. was so sweet and kind and explained the results clearly. Highly recommend this office professionalism and care of patient concerns. My friend will be seeing Dr. Rachel H. on 2/3/26.
