Michelle saved the day! Somehow, I messed up my picture order and michelle was super helpful and reprinted my pictures and got them to me less than 10 minutes. I know that's probably because she wasn't super busy.Doing other things, but I really applaud her for stepping up and giving me help because I was trying to do a last minute christmas gift.Thank you so so much.

I honestly should’ve recorded this entire interaction after reading the reviews before picking up or should I say dropping off one of my prescriptions because it couldn’t be called in. I went to the pharmacy back during Covid and remembered it being a little poor with customer service, but I also knew that it was Covid, and that put a lot of of people on edge no matter what industry they were in so I gave it some grace. I have not needed to pick up prescriptions daily for myself. Only my animals and seeing as Walgreens is not a place that can get pet meds. I’ve only been going to Sam’s Club in Walmart for the last few years. I drove up to the window to give the woman out the window my prescription. The very first thing she did was roll her eyes. My boyfriend sitting next to me stated well

I had been trying to fill a prescription that was not able to be filled by this Walgreens. For 5 days. I asked to have it transferred to another pharmacy.They refused. At the same time (over this Labor Day weekend) I had to pick up my son’s anti-seizure medication, as it was about to run out. His insurance had just switched and I didn’t have a new card yet and forgot the letter confirming his enrollment. But he needed it asap. So I paid for it myself. Was told by the pharmacist there on Saturday that if I brought back the receipt and the letter from the insurance company with his new identification number on it that they could re-process it and refund the money back to my card when I got back on Tuesday when they reopened after the Labor Day holiday I brought the letter and the receipt and

Ive had friendlier and better customer service at a fast food drive through window then the drive through at this place to pick up my medication. Rude and angry. Shame on yall. We are patients trying to pick up MEDICATION not buying burgers! BE KIND and PROFESSIONAL.
