I cannot say enough good things about Rooted Living Wellness. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with the warmest energy — especially from my favorite receptionist, Caitlin, who is absolutely the best. I genuinely look forward to every visit, from the friendly company in the waiting room to the excellent, thoughtful care from Dr. Avery Smith. I’ve been to several chiropractors over the years, and this is the only office that truly takes the time to listen to your overall body health and what’s best for you — both short-term and long-term. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. This practice feels like a combination of chiropractic care, physical therapy, and nutrition support, all wrapped into a holistic experience that actually invites conversation about your overall well-being

I have been working with Dr. Kevin Malone for the last six weeks with Softwave Therapy for the arthritis in my hands. I like to paint in acrylics and do wood working in my shop but could only work for an hour or so at a time. Since the Softwave Therapy program, I am able to paint or work in the shop every day all day long. One of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I highly recommend Rooting Living, very professional and customer supportive.

After my accident when I fell and broke my wrist in two places a friend referred me to Doctor Avery. The impact from the fall apparently did more damage than I thought. I was a mess on my left back side, neck, shoulder and lower back. I had also been over compensating for the pain and so my right side was also suffering in numerous places. I have been going for over two years now and I have him to thank for the relief and healing journey! He’s so knowledgeable about the body and natural resources as well. My husband and older daughter are now his patients too!!

I had never been to a Chiropractor before and I was a bit apprehensive of what to expect. I had strained my sacroiliac joint and was not sure what to do. Dr Ambrose was fantastic. He listened and worked out so many areas that I did not know were having issues. He gave me some exercises to do at home. In just a few weeks I am completely pain free and have a better understanding of strengthening different muscle groups to support different areas of my body.
