I recently had Cataract and Glaucoma surgery. I was shocked by the price, even after my insurance coverage, of my post-op eye drops. The pharmacy employees at the Blue Ash, Ohio (#2697) location were excellent and went to great lengths to get me the best price. Kia was especially helpful , even after I was a little abrasive with her on one of my early visits. She called Bausch & Lomb numerous times to get a coupon worth $40 to apply to my purchase. She even had to contact my doctor to get the prescription changed from gel to suspension in order to be able to use the coupon. It is refreshing to see a young lady, like Kia, stay cool and resilient in order to provide GREAT customer service. Thank You, Richard J. O'Toole

The store on Kenwood Rd. Blue Ash, Oh. The woman (not lady) that was working the register at 9:20 PM 12/22/20. WAS THE RUDEST PERSON that I have ever had ring me out in my life. I'm not exaggerating, in my life.. She would not speak . i think she got angry because she had to get up to get my cigarette order. Iam never going into another Walgreen store. In even going to go to WALMART for the pharmacy. I tried to make conversation telling her they closed the Walgreen by me, and no response. I said cigarettes went up no response ,just an evil look as if she was prejudice because I am white. That is the impression I received from her. ( I really do think that is what it was.)

Insanely slow service and they get pretty much everything wrong

Hours showed open, but the pharmacy was closed. My prescription couldn’t be transferred so I was left without medication. They can’t be trusted as part of your healthcare.
