Family Dentistry of Blue Ash

Switched to this office for my routine dental cleaning needs after moving to Cincinnati. While this office also sees scheduling for appointments that are months out, they were able to put me on the standby list and scheduled an appointment earlier than expected. I was able to deal with all the paperwork before being seen and had a pleasant experience during my first visit overall. Dr Green and dental hygienists were thorough and did pay attention to the information I provided. Overall a great experience.

Always friendly staff, and great care here. Patti is great, but listen when she tells you to floss and use the right mouthwash! 😉 Dr Krueger is also fantastic, and very glad to have the practice close to work and easy to access right from Ronald Reagan Hwy (just a couple round-abouts). Very happy with my care and definitely would recommend!

Outdated practices and unprofessional treatment - a disappointing dental experience I had a very disappointing experience with this dentistry. From the start, my husband and I both felt that the reception staff treated us with a lack of respect, and there were moments that felt racially insensitive. This is just our opinion, but it’s important for others to know how we felt as new patients. Additionally, during my cleaning appointment, the hygienist was very rude and ignored my concerns about sensitive teeth. She performed the cleaning harshly, as if I wasn’t a client but someone paid to be her model. When I asked questions about the procedure, she responded curtly, making me feel uncomfortable. For many years Ann, my wife, and I have scheduled our dental work at Family Dentistry of Blue Ash. Billing, Clerical, the Hygienists, and the Dentist are all outstanding. Everyone is so kind and does such good work I feel relaxed which is a great feeling in a dentist office.

I have only had good experiences with Family Dentistry. Every hygienist I have experienced has been great! I have seen multiple Doctors with great experiences every time. The office staff is very friendly too! Recently, I went with a toothache and Dr. Marion took a stepped approach to treatment to try to avoid an expensive root canal. I appreciate the consideration. I would recommend them!
