Walgreens Pharmacy

Sadie was absolutely a breathe of fresh air, personable and friendly to say the least and extremely proficient at her job. This will be my Walgreens in the future.

After a few trips to the pharmacy here over the last couple of months, I will most definitely be taking my business somewhere else. The last two times I have come here to get a prescription, Heather in the pharmacy has been completely RUDE! I was here last week, and fortunately she was working the drive thru. Had the most unpleasant experience with another employee though. As I approached the counter, he was putting tobacco pouches in his mouth. That is extremely unsanitary. Not to mention he was mumbling and not very polite. This was around 2:00 pm, March 21st. I won't be coming here again.

This is a good pharmacy and a great store. The reason for the 2 star review is the customer service in the pharmacy. I have been a passenger in cars going thru the drive thru (a two lane drive thru with no designation on either lane) and watched multiple cars in the lane closest to the window be waited on while a car sits in the outer lane without being waited on. Today I went thru the drive thru to pick up one prescription - the line was three cars in the inside lane. I got in the outside lane and watched them wait on 4 cars. If you don’t want to learn to wait on two lanes then please close the outside lane!
