We’ve had a truly great experience working with Greystone Healthcare. Their team is highly communicative, effective, and incredibly personable. Beyond the professional partnership, they also took exceptional care of my father while he was battling Alzheimer’s. The compassion, patience, and dignity they showed him and our family meant more than words can express. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I will forever be grateful for their compassion and the outstanding care they provide.

I am a resident here at Greystone Healthcare. I have been here for 4 years. People here are great and they know what they are doing. The staff genuinely care about me and the other residents. I enjoy the activities here. There is something for everybody. They are my family and I love them!

I am resident here at Greystone Healthcare. I have been here a year so far. I love the activity department. I really enjoy our monthly trips out in the community. I love our hairstylist! I get one free haircut a month. Therapy is wonderful!! Therapy works very hard to achieve to my goals and I have come a long way since first arriving to Greystone. The social workers are wonderful and help me with anything that I need. I have been to many other homes and Greystone is the best!!!

The absolute worst place to put a loved one. They are very rude, not caring of others, and unprofessional. My grandmothers items were stole 3 different times ( during room switch ) NO REPORT WAS MADE! They denied my grandmother the right to go to the ER ( Leaving me to travel 2.5 hrs to figure out why they are denying a LUCID person the right to the hospital. I have reported them to the State as well as made numerous complaints, but nothing has been done.

This is the type of nurse you have working at your care home. Ones who bully people online. This wasnt an attack on me but on another individual...and this is a NURSE that your company employs? Says more about your company and the expectations you have.
