Walgreens Pharmacy

Hands down the worst pharmacy in the area, between the insane wait times, inept staff, and lack of any sort of initiative to get anything done - I would avoid this place if I could but my insurance only covers this place. If you have serious health issues, I would find a different solution. Management will not address any concerns and the pharmacists could care less. The technicians are unprofessional and usually super young (which isn’t a bad thing usually), and are unwilling to help.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Zero stars if I could. If you call they will not pick up. 50/50 if they fill your prescription on a good day. Tried calling Walgreens corporate to leave customer feedback, nothing happens. If you have an health issues, DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.

This place is horrible! I asked the employee behind the front counter "do I pick up online orders here or at the pharmacy?" and she responded, "You will have to ask someone else. I'm not helping anyone right now because I am off the clock." Considering I had to go to the pharmacy for the pick-up, it wasn't a case of her needing to do work at the front counter beyond telling me where to go. The woman was so rude and unnecessary. Her name is Barbara. She had short gray hair and the time was 3:30 PM ET on April 9th, 2025. Hopefully, corporate sees this and fires her. Judging by the reviews, it doesn't appear that anyone cares.

This pharmacy is, by far, the worst. Prescriptions are rarely ready by the time I get there although I usually go there at least half an hour after the prescriptions were sent, and a couple of times the pharmacy ‘claimed’ that it did not receive the prescriptions and caused us to waste extra time to wait. The employees at this pharmacy are rude and unenthusiastic, and seems like they treated people differently based on race, as I saw one incident when one employee, who was White, treated the customers, who were Asians, definitely not in a professional way and nicely and that prompted them to call a manager, but nothing was done and as a spectator who saw what happened, if that happened to me I would’ve done the same. My health insurance Oxford no longer works with CVS and I was told I had to change pharmacies to Walgreens. I am not sure if the problem lies with this particular location or all Walgreens but the staff here are inefficient, inexperienced and not helpful. Find another pharmacy. They leave you on hold for a long time then disconnect the call. They do not keep you informed about the progress of your medication such as reaching out to your physician for a Prior Auth. Also I used them 4 times, different medication and 4 times my medication had to be ordered. They did not have it in stock.
