Amazing customer service. The Pharmacist, Joe, went above and beyond to help me out with a medication for my son. I can’t thank him enough for his willingness to go the extra mile to help us. My son appreciates it. We need more helpful people like Joe. Thank you !

The drive through line is always backed up and they have the rudest individuals at the pharmacy. They could really use some classes on customer service as well as phone etiquette.

Do not use the Walgreens pharmacy automatic prescription refill. It will only notify you 3days prior to your medication running out. I was notified on a Friday to refill, then ran out of medicine by Monday. Come Monday they told me I waited too long to refill my prescription and it wouldn't be ready for a week. Went there at the end of the week when they said it would be ready and it still was not ready. They told me to come back in an hour and when I did it was still not ready. They told me to come back in an hour again and on this time was finally ready.

Be careful to avoid meal breaks. They aren’t listed on google but they completely shut down service for 30 mins, twice a day. Ever hear to doing rotations? Corporate greed (not paying to staff enough) getting in the way of customer service yet again. Wouldn’t be as pissed if they at least posted the meal breaks online, but it totally sucks to not be feeling well, pull yourself out of bed to pick up your meds, and then not even be able to get them.

Was lied to by staff regarding my COVID vaccine appointment, and when I showed up staff claimed they had no knowledge of my appointment, even though I had spoken with the pharmacy on the phone already, who assured me it would be fine. Was insinuated that I was making it all up, which is a pretty poor way to treat your customers during a pandemic.
