Great Dentist. Only regret I have is not having switched to them sooner. Clean and nice looking office, plus friendly staff that gets you in and out without hassle. Highly recommend.

"The couches in the waiting room are extremely comfy, but I only waited less than 5 minutes" Megan was the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She does an amazing job every time! Batavia Family Dental is the BEST!!! Book your cleaning today because a great place Iike this is busy all the time!!!! You will not regret it.

I was shamed by the Dentist, he was extremely rude an made rude and disgusting comments about my teeth. Not to mention had an attitude about answering questions. As if I should have known the answers to said questions. The receptionist was also very rude and snobby, I will not be returning. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will never return.

For the past 6 years, my whole family have been seen by Dr Korpan and we always have a wonderful experience. His team is the best, they are very kind and helpful, and mostly paitience with our little ones, they enjoy their visits and as a parent this is priceless.

Whoever answered the phone today was extremely rude and condescending to the fact that it’s been a good while since I’ve been to the dentist. I know I haven’t been in a few years but when the receptionist was snobby and disrespectful to the fact that it’s been awhile, it made me realize I should take my business elsewhere. A dentist office should not shame people for not coming in as regularly as they should. It just makes you not want to go more.
