Walgreens Pharmacy

This exceptionally unprofessional establishment needs a complete overhaul. The pharmacy department is the most unorganized and poorly ran pharmacy I have ever seen and that's saying a lot as I painted almost every rite aid in the tri-state area. 1 hour and 20 minutes on hold to ask ONE QUESTION to find out the pharmacist NEVER SENT THE FAX THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO TO THE DOCTOR SO I CAN GET MY MEDICINE! 2 days without medication needed. Don't waste your time with this joke of a pharmacy

I’m calling my insurance company and filing a complaint. I don’t pay hundreds out of pocket per month to be treated unkindly or like an animal. This pharmacy has a high turnover rate and is ran like garbage.

Drive through window is very nasty. I switched to CVS and am very satisfied with their customer service!

Long drive thru lines every time. They took over Rites Aids customers, but that was over a year ago . They ask the same questions every time you go which just adds to the time in line.

Slow inefficient drive thru. Recommend going to CVS or anywhere else.
