Dr banks office is excellent! I didn’t have a ride last week for my appointment and the office manager picked me up!!!!!!! I never experienced that in my life!! I believe her name is Diana!!! Very sweet lady!! dr banks is an excellent doctor, I don’t remember going to sleep at all that’s how great she is. I received a call from the nurse asking how I was feeling that was very nice!! Thank you dr banks and staff for caring for me.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly supportive, kind, and professional. Everyone made what could have been a very stressful situation feel calm and manageable. Dr. Kathy Banks is truly outstanding — gentle, thorough, and clearly excellent at what she does. She took the time to explain everything, checked in often, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed or dismissed. If you’re looking for a doctor who combines expertise with compassion, this is absolutely the place to go. My daughter had to have her 3 of her baby teeth removed and I was referred to Dr. Banks I am so grateful that I was . From the consultation she put us right at ease. Her staff is caring and professional. The coordinators down to nursing ! Her nurse Arly was so kind and caring making my daughter feel at ease and comforted! I highly recommend Dr. Banks and her office to anyone. They followed up day after to check on us and answered all our questions and concerns with patience and care.
