Walgreens Pharmacy

If it was possible to leave a review with no stars , i would. Store is great pharmacy is trash. They make you wait more than 1 hours. Minutes for something so simple. My script was dropped off 3 days ago and im still getting the run around during pick up. Never again will i use this place!!! Ben won’t let u use rest room pls check this

Store and pharmacy are horribly understaffed. Prescriptions, even urgent ones like antibiotics now take 2-3 days to fill. Pharmacy staff are now openly recommending/asking/begging pharmacy customers to go elsewhere. I hope they get more help soon, but if you have a choice take their advice.

Pharmacy pharmacy... Slow slow slow slow slow slow slow slow slow slow slow slow slow slow need more counter people people seem to be very stressed specially the white guy that works there in the White uniform people on their cell phones working they try to convince you to tell you that they're only on the phone trying to pull up stuff for a customer when there's no one in the Drive-Thru there's no organization at all I've complained to corporate a call Chicago I've called everybody that place is not like any Walgreens I experienced.

The two times I come pick up my medication and each time I come I have to wait 30 mins, it wasn’t just me either at least 3 other people were told The same thing. I don’t understand how it’s not ready when they had it in the system for 3 hours. A lady came and when she asked about her prescription she was told to Wait 30’mins even though it was sent their since the day before. You guys have to get it together less and less people are gonna come

This pharmacy is so understaffed. Rarely am I able to pick up a prescription without waiting 20-30 minutes. I’ve been at this location for three years and I’m switching because I can’t take it anymore.
