i would like to thank all the staff the nurses irish ruby elizabeth john and ty to the social workers stephanie and maryanna christina and tha nk you to ty and maria and one of the best administrator i know jason also a big shout out to chris patsy and nereve in the therapy department i made a lot of cool new friends and aquaintences big shout out to ty and rich the smoke monitors and natishia to all the cnas that took care of me ty for a heart warming expierence i will return to visit ty julie the don for listening as well and the activities ladies irna shea marlena maria daryl and richmond and leah for tolerating and making my 67 days here beneficial and meaningful time big hugs much love always phillip woolley to the best roomate walter ty for you being great as well you all be blessed

Excel at the pines has an incredible physical therapy department small staff big talents who really know what they are doing and give 100 percent to thier patients the pines also has an incredible nursing staff working constantly to insure the patients are well cared for the director of nursing goes out on the floors and works with her staff I can not say enough about how dedicated most of the staff is at the pines the nurse aids perform above and beyond for the must part performing a wide array of different tasks I seen some of them very exhausted when thier shift was over the activities department works hard to provide an escape from a mundane life bingo party's social events the building is getting older the management makes an large effort to maintain and upgrade this facility the only

My brother has been here for about 3 weeks I'm satisfied with the staff, I am satisfied with everyone that's been kind to my brother. Since you've been here he has improved he's learned to be very independent did staff is teaching him to do a lot of things that he couldn't do it first I am very happy with everybody I have come in contact with I am so proud of my brother I give all thanks to the staff and everyone here.. again since he's been here improve so much I want to thank everyone here for being so helpful to my wonderful brother. This facility is old and it needs a lot of work. They’re understaffed and whatever laundry facility that they use someone is stealing the patient clothes and when you complain about it the only answer that you’ll get oh it’s like this in these state facilities which is unacceptable state facility or not they need to do better they need to address the theft someone is going to either find his clothes or reimburse me! I work hard for my money! Why is it allowed to go on? The nonsense my uncle tells me that goes on at night is ridiculous, you complain and it goes in one ear and out the other.
