Went in for prescription fill. One person ahead of me. I told them I'll just come back and pick up at later date. The lady told me wait time was only 15-20 and see if I can wait. I agreed and waited. After 20min, I asked and was told they're still working on it. After over 35 min of waiting, decided to leave because my order wasn't ready. Most definitely not going back.
So far this place is amazing. Took some time to figure out my coupon and insurance compared to Andover, but I appreciate the pharmacy who took the time to figure it out. You are a hero. After my last experience I have anxiety about filling my script, hoping to heal here.
Customer service in the store is good. The pharmacy is absolute trash though. Definitely recommend going to CVS across the street or a different Walgreens.
