I can’t express how grateful I am to the team at Anoka Family Wellness. I have been seeing their doctors for 1.5 years now. They have helped me get to a point with my mobility and pain that I didn’t think was possible. Over time I’ve gone from needing 4 visits a month to 2. I have flare ups in my back occasionally because of scoliosis and they are always able to fit me in when I really need a last minute appointment. If you need a chiropractor there is no one better than the team here. They want to help you get better and will take the time to listen to your concerns, adjust you in ways you are comfortable with, and recommend stretches and at home things to do to help with discomfort. They also have very reasonably priced packages if you are a regular visitor that make care affordable.

I can’t say enough great things about Anoka Family Wellness! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Brook, my massage therapist was amazing and listened to my needs. The session was the perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue work, and I left feeling like a brand-new better person. The attention to detail including post massage recommendations for stretches and after care was very helpful.

We recently brought our son there at 6 weeks old due to colic and him always seeming uncomfortable. I had some hesitation in bringing him into see a chiropractor at such a young age. Now can’t say enough amazing things about Anoka Family wellness. Kiaja Tolzmann is truly a blessing to our family. Our son is completely a different baby after only 2 visits are we are forever grateful to her!
