Walgreens Pharmacy

I stopped by at 8:00 on 12/15/25 to get a prescription for my husband. They said they didn’t have the prescription. I called the community care after hours number and they were willing to have a provider call it in again. At 8:20, I waited in line a second time and let them know to watch for that prescription because they were calling it in again. At 9:30 I returned to the desk and waited in the long line a third time and I was told they still didn’t get the prescription and it was likely because they haven’t checked their voicemail because they’re busy. I let the pharmacist know that I had killed over an hour waiting with the impression that they were going to check their voicemail and start filling my prescription. It was only then that they called their voicemail and got my prescription

I'm honestly surprised that their rating is a 2.7 stars. Seems really high for this joke of a pharmacy. Waited two days to get a prescription filled. The second day when I went in there, I waited for over an hour for them to actually fill the prescription. I guess they didn't think I actually wanted it filled when I dropped it off to be filled? While I waited, I heard them tell no less than 20 different people that they didn't have their prescription ready and that it would be ready "tomorrow". They told one lady that her anti-nausea medication would be ready the next day or maybe the day after that. She'll probably be fine, right?? I'll go, literally, anywhere else next time.

The drive thru can take 45 minutes. Thr system said they've been working on my filling my Rx for 3 days. I took my last dose tonight, so I called. After 32 minutes on hold, no one answered; so I hung up.

Avoid going here unless you feel like waiting 3 hours for one prescription. Ridiculous how long a person has to wait when they can’t answer the phone. They are incompetent and not helpful or understanding in the least.

Again, just as others describe: Terrible!!! Too bad it's the only 24hr pharmacy, maybe someone should take note & open another 24 hour location?!? Anyone? Sharks?
