Appointment itself went quickly and easy enough. I stated that I once had horrific side effects from one antibiotic, possibly an interaction with one of my other medications, and had to check my pharmacy records. Sure enough, it was the one he prescribed. The receptionist was on the phone when I came back in, casually speaking to a coworker. I could understand if it was helping another patient. But being told to stand there wait, for a good 5 minutes, while I'm sick? It was rude. Upon her return from talking to the doctor, she spoke contemptuously and sort of accused me that I hadn't listed it as an "allergy" (it's not), then proceeded to grill me on which medication it interacted with. There was no one else in the waiting room, but it is flatly inappropriate to discuss my personal inform

The place was empty & took forever. The receptionist was rude to me and everyone, nurses, other patients, etc. not a great front desk person to walk right into. I wanted to leave but decided to just stick it out because I was already there. David (I think was his name) was great! He got me in and out fast and got the medicine I needed for my infection and he is the only reason it’s a 3 star review instead of 1.

I go here to see Carmen Radford and she's great she listens to me and my concerns. And the blode haired nurse is great everyone there us so easy to talk with.

Went on a Monday evening. They had me in and out in 30 minutes. Even at the very end of the day, everyone was super friendly, nice, and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better urgent care experience.

I was wondering if this place ever closes so the staff can go to lunch? Like is there an hour each day where the doors are locked and a sign saying "out to lunch" ?
