I was harassed and assaulted by multiple homeless that followed me in and around the store closely. The night cashier didn't to do a thing but I suggested calling the police.

I'm writing to share a recent experience at your pharmacy that could be improved. While I understand the importance of verifying prescriptions, the way it was handled caused unnecessary stress. Today, when picking up a prescription for my wife's medication (Losartan), the employee requested additional documentation. While I appreciate efforts to prevent fraud, the way it was communicated made it feel like an accusation. Phrases like "something looks like fraud" can be alarming, especially for someone already dealing with illness. A more helpful approach would be to explain the reason for needing extra documentation and offer assistance in obtaining it. This would go a long way in reducing customer anxiety. Waited 15 minutes at the pharmacy trying to pick up medication. Staff was too busy answering the drive thru and consulting a dude about his ointment, even though I’m standing right in front of them. Went to the front to checkout my items instead and there was no cashier! It’s easier to go across the street to CVS.

Went for a flu shot. Long wait because have to check in with the pharmacy counter. Staff didn't know anything about processing the flu shot through VA. Left without the shot. The Walgreen's at 434 & 436 much better.
