By far, the best massages I've ever had, and I'm so grateful for their professionalism and knowledge. They both will help me talk through what issue I may be having and how I can help alleviate it with home stretching, etc. And if you get to meet Helen in the front office, she is also a gem! So grateful for this team. I can't wait to go back next month as I continue to take care of...me!

As someone that has had chronic knots & pain for years, Shawn’s massage was incomparable. His attention to detail, how he approaches pain/relief to your issue, & works other areas you wouldn’t even think are connected is a testament to his knowledge. This is one of the most thorough massages I’ve had & will definitely be back!

Shawn helped release the pain I was experiencing in my shoulder. He explained very well the physical relationship to the problem and how it would relieve those muscles. He continued to ask and cared how I was feeling during my treatment. He released an area in my lower back. I am now able to squat down low and get up on my own without using my hands to help me up. I haven’t been able to do that in years! I definitely will return.

If there were 10 stars, this business would get all of them. I have utilized many massage therapists in the past 25 years in the Orlando area, this place is by far the best I have been to. Energetically, its warm, loving and highly compassionate towards their clientele. Shawn is a master at his abilities. He has been working with me for several weeks and he has unlocked years of stressed out muscles and trauma. Shawn found my issues very fast and the results I have received have been long lasting.
