Walgreens Pharmacy

Terrible customer service. Prescriptions are never ready. I requested the refil on Monday for pick up on Tue, 28hrs later. I come 3 days later to pick them up, on Friday and they tell me they are extremely busy and my drugs are not ready. Monday morning to Friday evening and my presentations are not ready. And this is not a first time.

I did my first online order to pick up with a prescription order. It took me 2 hours to shop the website because I look at everything, used online coupons & discounts, ordered 30 items and saved 20%. I drove to the store and parked, waiting for text to let me know when it was ready, thinking it could be at least 30-60 minutes. Within 10 minutes, my order was ready! I was shocked! Great experience, but it's gonna take me a few weeks to eat all the nuts I got on sale!

Went today o fill a prescription that was eye drops in a bottle. They had 4 people plus the pharmacist working and had no customers there waiting. I was told it would be 30 minutes to fill, so I said I would wait and sat down in plain sight. I saw the person who was waiting on me look at me and leave after 20 minutes. I waited a total of 25 minutes while I saw a lot of chatting going on. I approached the counter and was handed my filled (pulled from a shelf) prescription that had in large letters, customer waiting. I was told the employee who was helping me left for lunch, and the eye drops were just sitting there. I had a coupon that the doctor printed for me just a couple of hours earlier, and they said it must be an old one. They would not honor the coupon. I asked politely to

Everyone has been helpful, informative, kind, patient, and professional. Been my primary pharmacy for 10+ years. They've also taken time to help me work through several complicated issues where my health insurance providers had a mistake on insurance side. The pharmacist and staff's patience, guidance and help were excellent.

The Alpharetta (Windward Pkwy) location had the greatest employees! They typically fill prescriptions before the estimated fill time, and they are always friendly. I have had poor experiences at other Walgreens locations, but not this one. (((Knock on wood)))
