Walgreens Pharmacy

I'm not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but I’ve never had a pharmacy experience this disorganized or frustrating. Over the course of 2 months, I made between 10-20 phone calls (with long hold times) trying to get 1 single prescription filled, and not once did I speak to the same person twice. It felt like a revolving door of employees, none of whom had any record of my previous conversations or seemed to follow a clear process. Even after finally getting the pharmacy manager on the phone and explaining the issues, I was rushed off the phone, my concerns were completely dismissed, and the prescription still has not been filled, despite being told it would be ready within 30 minutes because it was in stock. Do not go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist himself is completely unhelpful. He actually does a real shallow attempt at being one. Then I was told off by a tech, because they weren't listening about medicine. Apparently, we should listen to her talking to someone else,while we tell her that isn't correct. Basically, your responsibility isn't to repeat something to a tech multiple times or listen to them and their nonsense in the background. You should feel listened to, because this type of person can give you a medicine that could cause you sickness or death. So go elsewhere

I had sent my medicine over to the Pharmacy from the doctors office. It had took them 3 to 4 hours to get my medicine. When I had got home I realized they forgot my Inhaler. So I returned to the Pharmacy where they told my insurance no longer covers my inhaler and I have to switch inhalers. So I had switched to an inhaler that is cover by my insurance. The Walgreens said it would only take less than hour. 3 more hours had gone by and they said it was still not done. They said I had to deal with it myself. I kept calling back to find out information and they stopped taking my phone calls. The lady hung up on me multiple times. This was so unprofessional!

PLEASE READ. This Walgreen's is by far, the WORST I've ever dealt with. Been a customer of a different Walgreen's for over 30 years. The store is very small & items are far and few. The PHARMACY needs desperate changes such as; Pharmacy techs that are educated, understand English, can work the computer, get your address correct after 5 attempts & keep the automated phone UPDATED etc. Example; stating your RX is still waiting when it's been ready for 2 days.....(I believe in posting good REVIEWS) but this Store really needs to Update and keep same good employees. Our Prescription's are Medically necessary and life saving!

I was on hold with the pharmacy for 30 minutes and they told me my antibiotics, ordered at 12:35 PM today are not ready and won't be ready till Friday, 11/26. I asked if they had the item in stock and they said yes and so therefore could it be filled today? They put me on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called back and after being on hold 10 minutes, the call was disconnected. Poor customer service. If you're sick you want your medicine, but they just cannot provide. I will be switching pharmacies from now on.
