Total Access Urgent Care - Affton

I went in after my 77 lb dog decided to walk me instead of me walking him. I scheduled an appointment online & was in the office within 20 minutes & once there I was immediately seen. X-Rays were taken & my wrist & foot were examined. I was sent home with a splint for my wrist & a soft cast & crutches for my foot as well as referrals for orthopedic surgeons. Everyone was attentive, helpful, extremely nice, & explained everything from the minute I walked through the door until the moment I left. Everything took less than 1.5 hours & I had amazing care & they explained everything to me in detail while they were doing each procedure.

Very grateful for their care. Every single staff member I encountered was extremely kind and professional. I had virtually no wait, every step was explained carefully, and someone frequently came in to check on me and keep me updated on what was happening. Highly recommend!

The staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone was super nice. I got seen in a timely manner. Didn't have to wait for very long. Doctor that I seen was very nice and very helpful. Hopefully I dont have to come back but if I had to id come back to this urgent care.

Had a really good experience at Urgent Care today! The staff is always so nice and professional. They got me in and out in a very reasonable time matter. I’m feeling much better leaving here today then I was coming in!

Very effient,staff and docter were all excellent. Doctor was very good at explaining what was going on with me and how the antibiotics would work soon. I received excellent patient care there. Everyone was kind and compassionate and I got my prescription sent to Walgreens.
