I was accused of shoplifting. Manager walked over to me and told me to “take that item out of your purse.” Someone saw me put my phone back in my purse on their cameras and thought I was shoplifting. I said I don’t have anything and literally offered to empty my purse and show her… she said someone told her that I did and just walked away. I explained that this is not ok and I deserved an apology when I checked out, she still refused. Avoid like the plague. This experience definitely gives me context for how terrible it feels to be watched and assumed you are doing something wrong. I am lucky to never have been suspected of shoplifting before.

A doctor called in a prescription for me, It was for 90 pills, was to take twice a day. I have no refills left they give only 60pills and they said I have no more refills. This isn’t the first time this has happened, not happy at all. I have been with Walgreens since 2002, I will be changing my pharmacy.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went to pick up a prescription and Shakela was beyond rude. One of my medications were not ready so I was trying to ask how long and which one was ready. With each question I had she got visibly irritated and said "What are you not understanding?"

Huge thank you to Melissa and Trinity at Walgreens for their amazing patience and professionalism while helping my 3-year-old with his passport photo. He was crying and very resistant, but they stayed calm, kind, and reassuring the entire time. Their encouragement made him feel safe and eventually calmed him down enough to take the photo. Exceptional service—Melissa and Trinity truly went above and beyond!

If I could give a 0 I would. Let me explain, my grandmother has gotten her medication from this place for a very long time and it wasn’t until the pharmacist who took over a little over a year ago did she have any issues. Before this pharmacist, she was always taken care of, spoken to respectfully and felt safe with this pharmacy. The pharmacist in charge now should be investigated or reconsidered bc he clearly does not care about his patients or staff, speaks to both in a demeaning tone. I am switching her to another pharmacist just to avoid any confrontation, I’ll still shop here but want nothing to do with the pharmacy despite it being the closest and most convenient. I chose respect over convenience everyday, please reconsider.
