My visit yesterday to NFB&J was with Dr. Riggs. I was completely happy with the treatment plan he laid out. Dr. Riggs is professional, and friendly. I have also seen Dr. Smith and PA Jason, and will say the same for them. The front office is friendly and welcoming. The X-ray tech, Caesar, always has a smile. I highly recommend this practice.

I had an excellent experience meeting with Dr Brett Smith. He explained what was needed and why. I did not feel pushed to do surgery although I do have the need to have it. They were willing to work with my time table as I have to travel to Pensacola for the surgery. The office wait was minimal as the staff was efficient in the check in and out process.

This was my daughter’s 1st visit with Dr.Riggs for her ankle . He was very attentive to her needs and being very careful as to not hurt her. We have a follow up in 3 weeks to do another ultrasound because he was not able to go over her whole ankle due to blisters. She does have some very tight tendons and some tendinitis.

Everyone at Dr Smith's office was professional & caring. Talking to Dr Smith was like talking to an old friend. My wait was less than 15 minutes in the waiting room and less than 15 minutes waiting for the Dr & PA in the exam room. I just hope my knee can hold out till October to be replaced then. The fact he is booking surgeries for 8 months out speaks to his expertise that many people need his specialized skills.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dr Brett Smith and his PA Sarah Baroni and the whole team at Andrews Institute. From my very first appointment through my hip replacement surgery and on going recovery, I felt completely cared for. They were patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The surgery went perfectly, and my recovery so far has been smooth thanks to their skill and attention. I’m looking forward to walking pain-free again and so thankful for their expertise and compassion. Truly an outstanding team!
