Walgreen's Pharmacy in Ozark, MO. is the worst. The new Pharmacist that just started there 2 months ago has been making up his own rules and has gone downhill since he started there. The Pharmacy Manager Kendra was no help when I spoke to her about my issue! IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR MEDICINE DO NOT USE WALGREENS PHARMACY IN OZARK, MO!

I had the weirdest interaction at this Walgreens today. Which actually caused me to have to sit in the parking lot for them to reopen for 30 minutes when I was already being helped before hand. Skyler, who was helping me in the drive-thru couldn’t figure out what was going on with my insurance, had already been helping me for several minutes- I didn’t know what time it was, nor did she mention it was supposed to be lunch hour, she took me… anyway, she was having trouble, and when I asked her if she could just run it through good Rx so I could take it and leave (literally require typing in a short series of numbers and it’s done) she said “yeah you can just come back later after we come back from lunch.” I just looked at her and said “when is your lunch?” To which she responded “right now

Walgreen's associate are very attentive and kind. I enjoy shopping here because I feel valued. The store is immaculate and I purchase great items and receive my yearly vaccines here. The pharmacy is thorough and responds quickly to my needs.

Walgreens just closed the drive up window for a 30 minute lunch break with me the 2nd car in line and 8 cars total in line. I get to sit here while they eat. I can’t move. I will ever patronize a Walgreens again. If I ran a business this way I would be bankrupt. Soon as I get out of here I’ll have everything switched to Lawrence Pharmacy. Awful way to manage a business.

Unfortunately this Walgreens is awful!! Don’t know if they are understaffed or what but the lines are long almost every afternoon, not always updated on status of prescriptions, I’m thinking I’d rather drive to CVS on Battlefield for all my scripts from now on that CVS is absolutely amazing, when the doctor calls it in it’s ready super fast, antibiotic was called in yesterday but they didn’t have it ready till next day afternoon and I had to call to make sure no text that it had been filled!! When you get to the drive thru line you wait forever literally. I think I’m done with Walgreens !
