Louisa truly has a healing touch and is a wealth of knowledge, she has even shared some of her best tips for at home care with me! She has phenomenal deep/firm pressure, and can do a wonderful light pressure as well. She has several tools that really help to get in there and work out my muscle knots and tight facia, plus her lymphatic flow is so warm and relaxing too. I highly recommend booking with her!
