When people are sick sometimes they have “sick brain”. I have a head cold and went in to buy cold medicine with such a brain. Went to checkout and the woman says “let me look up your account- oh I need your ID.” I don’t buy medicine at Walgreens, ever. Never had to use my ID for looking up my account either. She mentioned my account so I thought that’s what she was talking about. Again, sick brain. I just wanted relief for my sinus/head cold. I didn’t have my ID. I told her to forget it. Im thinking, I don’t need my account points to buy the medicine. I thought she scanned it and so I wait. She waits and stares at me. Cue a very uncomfortable space. She finally says, “you need to be 40 to buy this, that’s why I asked for ID.” Her tone told me I should have known that. I didn’t. Why would

I will never use this pharmacy again! Ever!!!! The pharmacist here was refusing to fill a prescription saying that it was too early! He was using Siri to count 28 days for my prescription refill but, he was NOT counting the day of pick up on my last one and so, it came up short a day! I tried to ask him if he would kindly count the days as it tells you to on OARRS and he started yelling at me and talking down to me and absolutely flat out refused to admit that he was wrong. I've never been so humiliated and made to feel so low in my life. I'm absolutely positive that it was due to the type of medication that it was and his feelings about it! This five star is for the customer service and the employee’s commitment to their role, NOT Walgreens in General. It was my first time in this Walgreens. As I was approaching the counter there was a customer needing a passport photo taken, as well as a customer approaching with a package to be shipped. The woman at the counter (damn I want to kick myself for forgetting her name) pulled down the photo backdrop grabbed for some materials, called for back up for picture taking, started ringing up the postal customer as phone rings…. She picks up. By time she is done with that postal customer… three more have walked in and there is another person behind me. She hangs up the phone, runs over and rings me up with a smile. I have been a pharmacy patient for 15+ years. In the last six months there has been nothing but problems with the pharmacist and my prescriptions. My prescriptions have not changed. I have been on the same medication for 20 years. There is a new pharmacist that has worked there for approximately the last six months and he has all of my prescriptions a complete mess!!! I DO NOT recommend anybody to go to this pharmacy! The new pharmacist that is there has EVERYTHING a complete disaster!

I encourage anyone who can, to NOT GO TO WALGREENS. Their pharmacy hours are NOT visibly posted. They gave me the WRONG MEDICINE ENTIRELY for a prescription, which if you were unaware, can be so dangerous it can lead to death. Make sure to check any pills you receive from Walgreens against the description of the pill given on your bottle. When I called to get this fixed I was told by the pharmacy employee that I could come “any time” today. They DID NOT mention lunch hours. They also DO NOT mention lunch hours in their texts when they tell you your medicine is ready. I met another woman on my way out who was ALSO going to the pharmacy at their “lunch hours” time, who also did not know they closed at any time during the day!!!!!! This is wildly unacceptable, every single bit of it. I feel b
