Northtowne Animal Clinic

We’ve been bringing all of our pets to this clinic and couldn’t be happier. The team is wonderful with animals, always gentle and caring, and they involve me in every decision. I trust their recommendations completely. They make confident, informed decisions/suggestions and explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean, welcoming, scheduling is easy, and the prices are very reasonable, making visits stress-free for both pets and owners.

I spoke with Hillary about possible treatments for my dog and she was very kind and thoughtful. She was very courteous and had a calming demeanor that put me at ease about the possible outcome for my dog. I highly recommend Hillary to speak with when you have any questions.

I could not recommend a vet enough. I started taking my dog here when I moved to the area and was nervous about a new vet. They have exceeded all expectations in all areas. They are kind, compassionate, and honest which are all things I look for in a vet. They strive to make your animal comfortable while being efficient. I will always chose Northtowne for all my animals!

My husband and I take our 7 animals (plus the occasional stray) to Northtowne. The team there is absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient and accommodating. When we moved to Granville, our vet highly recommended Dr. Herrick. It was a great recommendation; he has helped us with the little things, checkups, deaths, stray cats, you name it. He is honest, has great "bedside manner" for our crew and is so knowledgeable. ***** for this team!

We were a last minute appointment after our dog was injured over the weekend. I called this morning with zero expectations of being able to be seen. Hilary got back to me quickly with an open slot. Once we got there the staff was attentive and really caring with our girl. They took her back for her all cleaned up and came and talked to us making us feel so much better about the situation. We were taken care of quickly and the entire staff were amazing!! Will definitely be getting our other dog seen there in the future!
