Margaret at the pharmacy is a lifesaver :) I badly needed a specific medicine and she got it for me when other stores in the area didn't really care. She's the absolute best- I hope they know how grateful I am knowing she's there :) This location is very busy, but the whole staff is very nice. I've been here for a year now- absolutely wonderful. I like them a lot more than other locations I've called home before. Thank you so much!!

Magdelena was incredibly rude, no greeting, was incredibly mean, and when I tried to be kind and talk to her and greet her, she snapped at me, yelled and told me that I was calling the wrong pharmacy. She yelled when I tried to explain my question, again, claiming my prescription is at a different pharmacy...but my provider told me to call as that location did not have what I needed. I asked for her name and she was very curt. did not want to share. Normally I don't leave negative reviews, because I believe everyone is doing their best, but she was so cruel and unkind, I truly don't think she should be working in customer service if she cannot manage a "hi how are you, my name is ___" or answer a simple question about a prescription. This store #05107 has the best team! Rachel, Michael, Jill, Patrick, Stephanie, Adrian, Mario and Sue are absolutely wonderful people. They all great me with kindness and always with a smile. I actually look forward to shopping at this store even though there are 3 other Walgreens and 2 CVS stores in my area where I live. The store is always well stocked and unlike other Walgreens they always have their coupon sale signs up so I know what register reward is with what product. Other stores are lazy or fall behind and ya never know what's what! Not this store it is ON POINT and makes it a no brainer to shop at. Bravo to the entire team and keep up the OUTSTANDING work! I have to comment on the excellent service I received at the Walgreens on Kensington in Mount Prospect. I was having trouble finding the drug my Doctor and after 3 hours of calng every drugstore within 5 miles of my house, I ended calling this Mount Prospect Walgreens store and being helped by Margaret in the pharmacy. She listened to me, was empathetic, and after checking around was able to find the drug I needed. Professional, personable and caring sums up the service I received at this Walgreens location. Even though it's not the closest pharmacy to my home, I will definitely use and recommend this location, and Margaret, to friends and neighbors.

So today 01-17-2025 Friday I walked in there and saw a female employee she may have been a super or a manager and asked her a question.....to my surprise before I even finished asking if they had a certain product she rudely cut me off and said "no"....I'm not sure if walgreens screens there higher ups but she was extremely rude. I have a video recording of the whole thing and will post it to my Instagram of 600k subs so they can all see who she is. Because frankly I think she deserves to be outed. NEEDLESS TO SAY IM NEVER GOING BACK THERE AND I LIVE IN THE AREA ILL DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT WALGREENS WITH BETTER SERVICE
