​I cannot recommend NewMed Immediate Care enough! I came here to get my physical done, and the experience was night and day compared to what I dealt with elsewhere. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine respect and a smile. ​The doctor and the nursing staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They actually care about the people walking through their doors, which is rare to find. ​I chose to come here and pay out of my own pocket—even though my company would have covered the cost at Central with Camellia on Busse Road. Came here for a DOT Physical. The service was sooo good. The Latina girly at the front desk was so nice and made me feel very comfy. The doctor (Brian I think) was so professional and also made me feel very comfortable. And he submitted my physical to fmcsa immediately, and correctly! Love this for me. If I didn’t live so far I’d make this place my main place. Thanks y’all!

The entire staff is friendly. I was seen right away which I was not expecting. When I was brought back the tech reviewed my health history and made sure to review what was needed per my doctor. She explained the process throughout the appointment. The provider came in and took time to ensure I had everything done that was needed. The room was clean and the appointment went very smoothly. Was a very pleasant appointment.
