5:30 tonight and the pharmacy can’t sell meds because they already did a count. Trying to get out of there earlier?? So they don’t mind wasting other people’s time just to leave a bit earlier. I went way out of my way so I didn’t buy my other things there either.

Got to the store at 8:40 but the store was closed. Even tho the sign clearly says they close at 10pm. And the workers just stood there like they didn't see anyone trying to come in. Just say you close at 8 if that's the case. Extremely inconvenient.

Absolutely terrible! I had a prescription sent over by the doctor on a Wednesday and received a message that the prescription was processing. After a day had gone by I called the pharmacy several times and was put on hold. It is Saturday and I still do not have my prescription. I Finally reached someone after several attempts only to be told that one of my meds was out of stock and would not be available until next week. Why wasn't I informed of that sooner? The second prescription I was told it was too soon to be refilled to be covered by my insurance. Well after reviewing my prescription history, I had this medication prescribed last year, and it is not a once a year medication....its for a cold....so what is the issue??? They do no answer calls. I was calling to have my drugs transferred from cvs since my insurance company doesn’t work with cvs anymore and I was heading to work. These people kept putting me on hold from 12 noon until 1:30pm and at 1:30 the call ended. This kind of service is asking for trouble, showing customers that their time is not valuable to the company nor their service. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give no stars for this. Try Walmart, they are much more customer friendly

The women in the drive thru on Taylor road has the worst customer service I have ever seen: impatient, rude, sarcastic, condescending, and committed to misunderstanding the customer. I won’t be back.
