Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Missoula, not only can they not get insurance right but they also can not fill your script on time. Not once but twice in the last 2 weeks have I had a med called in for refill, one on the 24th and one on the 29th, was told they would be ready by that Wednesday the 30th. Knowing it was a holiday I planned accordingly and knew that I would pick them up on Friday the 2nd. Just to give a buffer because this is not the first time this has happened obviously, so I call Friday to double check because I have yet to have a message to say they are ready, surprisingly they were not even looked at...at 3:30pm accounting for their lunch and being a kind person I called again to see if it was ready, and again was told it would be I got to the pharmacy at 5:30pm on the 2

My script was called but they made my wife sit there for over an hour until i called my doctor and told them they said they didn't have it when he told he sent it in 3 hours before hand. They are never very friendly and they are my last resort to get meds filled. I recommend taking your meds elsewhere. Totally unnacetable to make someone wait that wrong and then tell me them they don't have which in fact THEY DID!!! No apology nothing. I don't go in because of this but it was closets too my house. DO BETTER!!!!!!!! if i could give them below zero i would.

The pharmacy is NIGHTMARE! The drive through always takes at least half an hour. The customer service is nonexistent. When I told them that I had been waiting almost an hour for my mother’s medication, I was completely ignored. No apology, no “thank you for your patience”, nothing. The woman wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Very happy with the pharmacy employee's customer service most of the time when I go in regularly to get my prescriptions. The only complaint I have with the pharmacy end, is there's been 2-3 times I've gone in there to just pick up my regular prescription from the same Walgreens pharmacy as usual, and there would be newer employees (I believe they were just starting out there or just were not trained properly on everything yet) they'd be working the register check out line, and for some reason this happened to me 3 different times there, is that they wouldn't know how to navigate their system on their computer very well I could tell instantly, that they were not shown how to deal with certain medical insurance companies coverages on their system and my insurance is pretty common and used b

This pharmacy has really gone downhill. The staff is rude and talks to me like I’m dumb. I’m told a prescription is ready and I show up to pick it up and they tell me it’s not ready. Then make it seem like it is my fault. No one has a name tag and only maybe two people wear something with the company name on it. Other staff members are in sweatpants. I made an appointment to get a flu shot at 10:50 and I’ve had to wait close to an hour before I even get the shot. I try to be understanding for workers especially those in health care but it gets harder and harder every time I come here.
