Walgreens

This place is crap. They don’t care about their customers in the pharmacy. My sister has had problems after problem out of this place from ppl giving her a needle syringe for her toddlers meds to them not flavoring his cefdinir out of spite.

States they do not have enough medication to fill my medicine. Then told me there is no Walgreens within a 300 mile radius that has it. Then they gave me 10 pills and I have to come back next week for the rest of my medicine. This is not the first time with this type issue.

Went to pick up meds. I got in the drive thru about 20 mins before closing time 2 people ahead of me. When i got to window they packed up and left with me and another in line not good customer servce. I don't have my medicine.

So I normally would not go to this branch because they were completely awful to my mom before she passed away. However, I needed some refills on a couple of my medications and the Walgreens @ 318 N Chancery where I normally go changed their hours AGAIN to being closed all weekend so I had no choice. I called very early to request my refills and I arrive at the pharmacy 5 hours later and still had to wait for over an hour. During this time I heard employees being just rude to customers, complaining about having to fill transfers from those of us who had the bad luck of needing their medication today. At least one lady repeatedly told people who asked how much longer their wait would be "we don't give time estimates or promise wait times. It'll be done by 6 pm" this was between 2:30-4:15. Ju

I would give them less than one star. This is the most dysfunctional pharmacy I have ever seen people openly eating while serving prescriptions. Food dripping on their clothes I wish I was making this up. You have like eight elderly people waiting In line At any given time because the service is so slow. And the ladies will threaten to call the cops on you if you wait in an empty drive through lane,while they fill your prescription.
