Willow Branch Health and Rehabilitation

I’ve been at the Willow’s for a while now. I have to say that it is clean 24 hours a day residence get showered they eat they have activities when you walk through they say hi and they smile. As far as the staff they’re attentive, compassionate, urgently minded, and clinically strong. I have worked at other places where you can barely get a CNA to do one round let alone around every two hours that is not the case at this place at the Willows the staff care about the residence and how they live the DON is clinically active and I’ve seen her on the floor passing meds, the administrator is clinically active as well. Willow Branch is a wonderful place. The staff is absolutely great. The love and compassion that they show the residents is unbelievable. I am so glad I was given the opportunity to be a part of this amazing group. If you are looking for somewhere for your loved one look no further. Willow Branch is hands down the best!!!!

This center is great! The people are kind and welcoming and it always smells clean and nice. I have family there and am always impressed at how included and welcomed I feel when I visit. I would 100% recommend Willow Branch for anyone needing care, whether it's short term or long term. My aunt has been there short term and had a great experience while my grandma is there long term and is very happy with the care. The staff keeps us family in the loop on her care and always answers our questions when we don't understand something. I couldn't ask for a better place.

My father has been at Willow Branch (formerly Raintree Manor) for more than 9 years. I have seen lots of staff, management & 3 owners come & go. What has always been consistent is the loving care given to my father. Even during Covid when policies & staffing were tough he was well taken care of. Facilities like these aren't without issues but any concerns I have ever had were addressed & corrected to my satisfaction. I would stay here myself & definitely recommend for others. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is some renovations that are needed. Those are being done now & are definitely making a difference.

I had the pleasure of meeting the staff and touring the facility about a month ago. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The residents seem to be happy in their home. This facility and the team is very welcoming. It was my first time to visit.
