I had an amazing experience at the walgreens pharmacy on sunlake blvd. Ms. Patel went above and beyond and her positve attitude and patience made a huge difference. Its rare to find such high quality customer service, I'll definitely suggest this walgreens pharmacy to anyone!

The pharmacist is absolutely phenomenal. He will go the extra mile time and again to ensure I receive the medication I need at the price I am expecting to pay. He will write notes on my prescriptions if he needs to tell me something or call.

Pharmacy well stocked and pharmacist is quite knowledgeable. The rest of the store is still being stocked as it's been open only a few weeks, but is getting better. The layout is different from the other Walgreens and it's quite confusing which makes finding things a bit difficult.

I would like to point out that the employees at this Walgreens are some of the laziest people I’ve ever met. You bring them FedEx boxes—even though the sign clearly says they accept FedEx drop-offs—but they’re too lazy to take them. They openly tell you, “We can’t accept these,” even when everything is already labeled and ready to go. A FedEx driver comes once a day to pick up the packages. All they have to do is hold the boxes for a few hours until pickup. They’re not even required to process or scan anything! Yet, somehow, even that seems too hard for them. Absolutely the worst Walgreens employees I’ve ever encountered. Thanks a lot—and yes, they definitely deserve a special reward for their “effort.”

They need to hire more people. It’s not fair to expect one girl to run the whole store and it’s also not fair for customers to be waiting over 5 minutes to check out because no one is at the register.
